Our tours are designed to take advantage of the best weather conditions which are also the busiest travel time in Alaska. Group size is limited and trips fill up quickly. A 25% deposit will hold your reservation. Credit card numbers may be given on the phone or over email. You may also mail a personal check or money order. Upon receiving your deposit we will mail you a confirmation letter, and a pre-trip packet. this includes travel and lodging informationa detailed list of personal gear needed, questionnaire on your particular interests, physical limitations, dietary preferences, natural history information and a liability release form. Full payment and entire balance must be received in our office 45 days prior to departure date.


Any cancellations are regrettable, but a significant portion of our expenses are committed long before departure, as such a 10% administrative charge per person applies to all cancellations. Upon receipt of written notice of cancelation, the balance of your trip fee will be refunded according to the following schedule:

Overnight Tours:

    • 45 days or more before departure date full refund less 10% per person administrative fee
    • 45 – 30 days: 75% refund
    • 29 – 14 days: 25% refund
    • 13 days or less: no refund

For Day & Half Day Trips

  • 8 days or more prior to departure dates full refund less 10% administrative fee
  • 7 days or less no refund

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out baggage loss, accident and trip cancellation insurance. Trip cancellation insurance will reimburse you for any non-recoverable air or land expenses should you have to cancel your trip due to personal or family illness, as well as cover any evacuation expenses should you become ill during the trip. In order for pre-existing conditions to be covered, you must obtain travel insurance within 7 days of making your initial trip payment.

Anadyr Adventures reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter any trip due to too few participants, adverse sea conditions, weather outlook and other safety factors. Should this occur we will refund any payment made to us.

Anadyr Adventures is not responsible for expenses incurred by trip members preparing for the trip (i.e. non refundable air tickets, Visa/MC fees, equipment, etc.) Purchasing travel insurance can be helpful in unforseen circumstances. Due to the nature of the operation all prices are subject to change.
